Mr. S.B. Dandapani, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant has been produced from Central Jail 8/9, Tihar by Mr. Umesh Dahiya, Head Warden. He, on instructions, submits that the appellant is presently in judicial custody in some other case and in the present case, he has already undergone the entire sentence including the default sentence. He submits that the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal on merits.

The appellant, who is present on VC and is duly identified by the IO, also reiterates the same.

The appellant's nominal roll is on record which affirms that the appellant has undergone the entire sentence. Considering the aforesaid, the appeal is disposed of, as not pressed on merits.
