% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance Company has agreed to pay a total sum of `2,60,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Sixty Thousand only) over and above the amounts payable in terms of the impugned award. Such additional sum of `2,60,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company with DHCLSC within 30 days, failing which it shall carry an interest @ 12% p.a. Such additional sum shall be proportionately paid towards the claim of the appellants/claimants in terms of the award. The impugned award stands modified accordingly.
