Mr. Jitendra Sethi & Mr. Rajesh Kaushik, Advocates versus STATE OF NCT OF DELHI ..... Respondent Through:

Ms. Purnima, Advocate for Mr. Avi Singh, ASC with SI Ashish, PS Sadar Bazar

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI

O R D E R

% 23.08.2018 The learned counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner has already been enlarged on parole for a period of four weeks for the relief which he seeks again now, i.e. to attend to his wife during her operation. The medical procedure planned on her, could not be undertaken because of some health related complications which his wife was suffering from, and it is not clear from the petition, as to when the said medical ailment will subside.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. The petition, along with the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
