This order is in continuation of the earlier orders. 2.

In pursuance to the earlier orders, Mr. Divya Hasija, Advocate also appears and states that he is willing to equally share the electricity dues with the petitioner.

Since the actual electricity dues are in the sum of Rs.1,29,244.39p only and the balance making the total to Rs.3,37,155/- is towards surcharge, interest, etc., in the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to direct the respondent no.1 New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) to, on payment of Rs.1,29,244.39p only jointly by the petitioner Mr. Sanjay Bhargava, Advocate and Mr. Divya Hasija, Advocate, supply electricity connections to Chambers No.231 and 232, Old Lawyers Chambers, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi subject of course to fulfilment W.P.(C) 4742/2015

of other formalities and payment of other charges etc. if any. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
