We see no error in the impugned order dated August 02, 2016. No contempt is committed. Order passed in W.P.(C) No.2221/2011 on December 11, 2013 has been complied with.

Grievance of the appellant to the legality of the speaking order passed has rightly been opined to be capable of being challenged by way of substantive proceedings.

As regards the grievance that the school is not paying the money, no contempt arises. The appellant can avail the remedy of execution. 4.

The appeal is dismissed.
