% 22.05.2017 Petitioner alleges wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.08.2016. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now been allotted a vending site in front of Shop No.6, Shankar Market, New Delhi. The petitioner, however, submits that she fears that the shopkeepers and other persons may not allow her to vend at the site. We direct the respondents to ensure that the petitioner is allowed to vend at the site allotted without any obstruction from either the shopkeepers and the other persons, provided the petitioner complies with the norms of the NDMC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken by the respondents and the directions issued by the Court, he does not press the contempt petition.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of in above terms. Copy of the order passed today shall be brought to the notice of the SHO of the area.
