The petitioner filed a petition for dissolution of marriage against the respondent on 14th December, 2015 in which the pleadings have been completed and the case is listed for framing of issues on 27th July, 2017. The petitioner is seeking expeditious recording of the evidence and hearing. 2.

Learned counsels for both the parties submit that they shall not seek adjournment on 27th July, 2017. Learned counsels further submit that they would not seek any unnecessary adjournment after 27th July, 2017. Their statement is taken on record.

The Trial Court shall expedite the recoding of evidence and hearing. The Trial Court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to both the parties. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 4.
