% 16.01.2018 Despite pass over, none is present on behalf of the petitioner. By this petition the petitioner had sought the trial to be concluded in time bound manner. Learned counsel for the respondent informs that the petitioner has since been convicted for offence punishable under Section 21(c) of the NDPS Act and awarded rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 years and to pay fine and has now preferred an appeal being Crl.A.No.989/2017 before this Court.

Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
