O R D E R

% 09.12.2017 1.

The matter has been settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.7,20,000/- over and above the amount so awarded amount payable by the Insurance company to the claimants. The amount be paid by the insurance company to the claimants through the DHCLSC within 45 days from today failing which interest @ 9% per annum shall be charged on delayed deposit.

The settled amount shall be apportioned amongst the legal heirs of the deceased in the same proportion as per the Award. However, the share of the minor claimants if any shall be kept in the FDR in any Nationalised Bank or in any highest interest fetching FDR/scheme of Post Office till they attain their age of majority.

50% of the compensation amount of each of the major claimants shall

be kept in FDR in any Nationalised Bank for a period of three years. 4.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 5.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
