Mr. Aggarwal, ld. ASC for the respondents submits that the retention of the subject registration no. has been allowed to the petitioner vide communication dated 22.11.2017. Ld. counsel for the petitioner concedes to that effect.
In view of the foregoing, nothing survives in the petition and
the same is disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off accordingly.
