% 16.05.2017 CM No.18532/2017 (Early Hearing) in W.P.(C) 4612/2015 This is an application for early hearing. However, when application was taken up, learned counsel for applicant had stated that the petitioners want to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition. The issue, it is stated, is pending consideration with the respondents. We had passed over the matter as counsel for the respondents was not present on the first call and to hear him in view of the statement made. On second call, learned counsel for the respondents appears and states that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if required. He clarifies that he cannot make any statement with regard to consideration of the representation filed by the petitioners. In view of the submission, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.

The date fixed, that is, 24th August, 2017 is cancelled. SANJIV KHANNA, J PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J MAY 16, 2017/dk
