% 09.09.2016 (1) Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.331/15 under Section 135 of Indian Electricity Act registered at Police Station Mehrauli. It is stated that the matter has been settled with the complainant/respondent No.2 amicably.
(2) Representative of Respondent No.2-complainant is present before the Court along with his counsel. The Investigating Officer present in the court has identified him. I have enquired from them CRL.M.C. 3353/2016
