% 19.10.2016 Learned counsel for respondent-DDA states that his client is in possession of the land in question. He states that the said contention has been recorded by the Division Bench in its judgment and order dated 08th March, 2016. He further states that the Division Bench has not given a finding that the petitioner is in sole and exclusive occupation of the land in question. He also points out that there is no direction by the Division Bench to hand back the possession of land to the petitioner.
At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
