Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that she has moved an application for issuance of summons for judgment on defendants vide diary no. 43557 dated 12.02.2016.

The present suit is for recovery valued at less than Rs.2 crores hence liable to be transferred.

Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that cause of action arose at plaintiff's place which is situated at Badarpur which falls under the jurisdiction of District South East, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. CS(OS) 661/2015 1/2

Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 21.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
