By the present application, petitioner seeks six months time for vacating the shop.

On 30.03.2016, this court had recorded the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who was physically present in court that he will hand over vacant possession of the property positively on or before 30.09.2016.
In compliance of the said order, an affidavit was also filed to the said effect. 3.
By the present application, it is stated in May, 2016, the petitioner was diagnosed with cancer for on account of which the petitioner is undergoing regular treatment. Further, it is stated that on 18.06.2016, his RC.REV. 183/2015
wife Smt. Inderjeet Kaur was expired.

Keeping in view of the above special circumstances, the time for vacation of the shop/premises is extended by a further period of three months, i.e. on or before 31.12.2016. All other terms and conditions as stated in the order dated 30.03.2016 shall remain unchanged. 5.
