O R D E R

% 27.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegations of rape are not against the petitioners. The only allegation against the petitioners is that petitioners were present at the time of alleged marriage. He further submits that prosecutrix was in love with the co-accused Manish. I have perused the FIR.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on bail subject to each furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the

Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

However, petitioners shall cooperate in the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when they are called upon to do so. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
