The counsels state that the settlement has been arrived at and has already been signed by the plaintiff and a scanned copy of the Agreement signed by the defendant no.1 has also been received but the original Agreement signed by the defendant no.1 is yet to be received from USA. 2.

The defendant no.2 ZNet Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a proforma defendant being the Registrar of domain name. 3.

The counsels have in Court handed over a photocopy of the scanned copy of the terms of Settlement signed on behalf of the defendant no.1 and a photocopy of the terms of Settlement signed by the plaintiff and which are taken on record.

I have gone through the terms of Settlement dated 24th May, 2017 and find the same to be lawful.

In accordance with the terms of Settlement, the present suit is to be withdrawn.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the terms of Settlement dated 24th May, 2017.

The parties to bear their own costs.
