% 04.04.2018 Mr. Kirti Uppal, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a detailed representation with the South Delhi
Municipal Corporation seeking extension of civic amenities to the subject property.
The Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation of South Delhi/ Delhi Jal Board, states that if a representation is filed on behalf of the petitioners, it shall be disposed off expeditiously and positively within a period of 8 weeks therefrom in accordance with law under intimation to them.
Leave and liberty granted.
The petition is disposed off accordingly.
