3. The short point involved in this petition is regarding the delay in passing the order of provisional release. Learned counsel for the Respondent states that if a time bound direction is issued, it will be complied with. WP(C) 3931/2017

4. The Petitioner will appear before the Enquiry Officer of the matter at 11am on 12th May, 2017. The order of provisional release be passed not later than two weeks thereafter.

5. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
