% 02.09.2016 Amreen Jahan has been recovered and she being a minor is residing and living with her mother (petitioner herein).
Learned counsel for the respondent /State has filed status report which discloses that the girl Amreen Jahan is pregnant and her statement has also been recorded under S. 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is pointed out that one Vishnu has been arrested. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in these circumstances, seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition.
