% 14.11.2017 Respondent no.2-Divya Gupta is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Rakesh Kumar of police station Rani Bagh. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner no.1 before the Mediation Centre, Rohini Court, Delhi on 22nd January, 2016 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Her marriage with petitioner no.1 has already been dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent on 16th February, 2017 passed by the Family Court, North West District, Rohini, Delhi. Respondent no.2 submits that she has received the entire settled amount, therefore, she has no objection in case FIR is quashed qua the petitioner no.1 and also his relatives that is, petitioner nos. 2 and 3. Keeping in mind that matter has been settled between the petitioner no.1 and
respondent no.2, inasmuch as, their marriage has been dissolved, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 712/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Rani Bagh, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
