Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that the suit property is situated at Karawal Nagar which falls under the jurisdiction of District North East, Delhi, hence seeks transfer of present case to District North East, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-East), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North East), Karkardooma, Delhi, on 25.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
