% 10.01.2019 Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report since the CCTV footages are re-recorded after a week, no CCTV footage of the relevant date are available now. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the brother of the respondent No. 3 came and threatened an officer of the DMRC, namely, Manish Joshi. An inquiry in this aspect be got conducted by the State and a status report be filed with this respect.
