Learned counsel for the respondents says that she does not wish to file a reply to the captioned petition, as she has no objection to the prayer made therein, being allowed.

I am informed by the counsel for the petitioners that the Arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference on 16.2.2017 and that upon expiry of statutory period of twelve (12) months, parties agreed to extend the time by a further period of six (6) months. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 203/2018

I am informed that the extended period of six (6) months expired on 16.8.2018.

Furthermore, counsel for the parties, submit that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of final arguments. 7.
The prayer made, therefore, is that time for rendering and publishing the award be extended till 16.2.2019. 8.
Having regard to the assertions made in the petition and the contention of the counsel for parties, the prayer made in the petition is allowed.

Time for rendering and publishing the award is extended till 16.2.2019.
