$~16 *
IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI
+ W.P.(C) 3904/2017 & CM NO.17185/2017 KAMINI DEVI ..... Petitioner Through Mr Depak Kumar Singh, Advocate.
versus SATYAWADI RAJA HARISH CHANDRA HOSPITAL AND ORS ..... Respondents Through Mr Sanjoy Ghose, ASC, GNCTD with Mr Urvi Mohan, Mr Rhishabh Jetly, Mr Shwetank Singh, Advocates.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
O R D E R
% 16.08.2018 1.
The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "Issue direction to the respondent no. 1, 2 and 3 for setting up an enquiry committee to look into such matters and provide adequate and immediate care and attention.
Issue a direction to respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 for the implementation of Comprehensive Abortion care and services, WHO guidelines on safe abortion, FOGSI recommendation and International Women's Health Coalition."
2.
Mr Ghose, learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that an inquiry has been conducted and he has instructions that the guidelines of "Safe Abortion: technical and policy guidance for health systems" are being
followed.
3.
It is seen that there is some controversy as to how the petitioner was treated at the respondent hospital. It is the petitioner's case that what was informed to her was different from what was prescribed in the prescription. 4.
This Court does not consider it apposite to entertain that controversy as that would require an examination into disputed question of fact. Since a statement has been made that the guidelines are being followed. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
5.
The petition is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
