% 24.01.2020 IA no. 980/2020 ( filed u/s 151 CPC by petitioner) In the present case probate has already been granted in favour of the petitioner and the evidence is to be led only with respect to valuation of the property. Further, it is observed that it is mentioned in the order dated 14.11.2019 that respondent does not desire to lead any evidence.
In the circumstances, the present IA thereby seeking
condonation of delay of 4 days in filing evidence by way of affidavit is allowed.
IA stands disposed of accordingly.
