A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No.396/2015 under Section 288/304A IPC.

The facts in brief are that the deceased Bablu while painting the house of Sushil Kumar got electrocuted and died. A complaint was made by Shri Sohan Pal @ Sonu, the Contractor made a Complaint and FIR under Section 304A was registered.

Though, the parties have settled the matter in the Mediation Centre, whereby the Petitioner has paid ₹40,000/- to Respondent No.2 wife of Late Balwant Singh Tomar @ Bablu on 27.08.2018 before the Court of learned M.M and also the Petition is supported with the Affidavit of Respondent No.2, but considering the nature of Settlement and that the LRs of deceased The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
