CM(M) 1049/2018 & CM APPL No.36197/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that incomplete documents are been exhibited by the respondent in evidence. After some arguments it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner would withdraw this petition in case the admissibility of documents Ex.R-35 and Ex.R-36 (marked as mark N vide order dated 3rd October, 2017) be seen at the time of final arguments in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications are also disposed of. It is made clear this order is without prejudice to rights of either parties.
