O R D E R

% 27.08.2018 It is submitted that respondent nos. 2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably with the petitioner vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 17th August, 2018, therefore, FIR No. 3/2018 under Sections 323/324/34 IPC registered at police station Bhalswa Dairy, which is at the investigation stage, may be quashed.

Learned APP submits that apart from petitioner, Dinesh, Ajay and Kishan are also accused in the FIR, however, they have not been impleaded in the present petition.

Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Lokesh Singh of police station Bhalswa Dairy. They submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioner only, therefore, they have no

objection in case FIR is quashed qua the petitioner. They further submit that they have arrived at settlement with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent nos. 2 to 4 voluntarily and the fact that injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple, aforesaid FIR, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed qua the petitioner only.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
