% 18.12.2018 CM APPL. 53405/2018 in MAC.APP. 776/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5, seeking clarification of order dated 03.12.2018. Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 has pointed out that the amount deposited with the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is in the form of FDR.

In these circumstances, The Registrar General of this Court/The Manager, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to release 50% of the awarded amount along with the interest accrued thereon, if any, into the savings bank account of the claimants without precondition of fixed deposit, after due verification, as per rules..

With aforesaid directions, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
