Ms Niyati Kohli, counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff submits that she has instructions to withdraw the present suit. In this regard, she has handed over a letter dated 16th September, 2024, received from the Plaintiff, calling upon the counsel to withdraw the present suit. 2.

Counsel for the Defendants does not object to the same. 3.

Accordingly, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

For the purpose of good order and record, the Registry will scan a copy of the letter dated 16th September, 2024, so that it remains embedded in the case file.
