% 16.10.2019 As noted in the order dated September 24, 2019, the parties have settled their inter se disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre which has also filed the settlement agreement dated August 26, 2019 running into 9 pages including Annexures-A and B. In view of the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement which binds the defendant Company as also Mr. Shimu Kapoor the Director of the defendant Company, it was felt appropriate by the parties to implead Mr. Shimu Kapoor as party defendant.

Amended memo of parties has been filed by both the parties today in the court. The same is taken on record. The settlement agreement is also taken on record and is marked as Exhibit - A. Learned counsel for the parties states, the parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement

agreement, marked as Exhibit - A. Their statements are taken on record. They also state that the suit be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. Ordered accordingly.
