% 12.02.2019 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner and not refuted on behalf of the respondent no. 1 that the Secretary of the Urdu Academy had put in appearance on 31.08.2018 before the learned Trial Court in terms of the order dated 28.08.2018 of this Court and has tendered his apology. Time is sought on behalf of the respondent no. 1 qua the aspect detailed in the proceedings dated 28.08.2018 for the appointment of an Urdu Translator in the Urdu Academy which vide order dated 28.08.2018 has been held to be necessary for appropriate adjudication of the proceedings before the Courts so that there are no self serving documents filed by the parties qua which the learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has submitted that there is no such post of an Urdu Translator in the Urdu Academy but the respondent no. 1 is making efforts for creation of a panel of Urdu CM(M) 1005/2018

Translators in the Urdu Academy and seeks time to submit a response in relation thereto.
