This application is accordingly disposed of.

W.P.(C) 9884/2018 & CM 38511/2018 (stay) Impugned assessment order of 25th July, 2018 (Annexure P-1) is under challenge on merits.

Instead of going into the merits, this Court deems it appropriate to permit petitioner to make a Representation to respondent seeking reconsideration of impugned order (Annexure P-1). Let requisite documents be filed alongwith the Representation so made to respondent, W.P.(C) 9884/2018

so that respondents can effectively consider it. Petitioner is granted two weeks' time to file the Representation.

If such a Representation alongwith requisite documents is received by respondent, then impugned order (Annexure P-1) be reconsidered within a period of four weeks from its receipt and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. Till it is so done, impugned order (Annexure P-1) be not acted upon.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
