The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for quashing of the order dated 08.08.2018, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal dismissing O.A. No.2997/2018 filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for quashing and setting aside impugned memorandum dated 26.07.2018 issued by the respondents. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to take a plea with regard to the illegality in the procedure adopted by the enquiry officer before the disciplinary authority on the conclusion of the enquiry. 3.
