W.P.(Crl.) No.2662/2018 By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.250/2018 under Section 376/506 IPC registered at PS Vasant Kunj (South) on the complaint of respondent No.2 on the ground that parties have settled the matter.

Offence under Section 376 IPC being serious in nature, the same cannot be quashed on the basis of compromise between the parties. Petition is thus dismissed.
