% 01.11.2018 Counsels for the parties submit that the parties have entered into a Memorandum of Settlement dated 25.10.2018 settling their inter se disputes. The same has been filed before the Division Bench in FAO(OS) (COMM) No.224/2018 titled North West Sales & Marketing Ltd. vs. Sunil Kukreja.

Binding the parties to the terms of the settlement, the present petitions are disposed of directing that the interim order dated 27.08.2018 passed by this Court in OMP(I)(Comm.) No.339/2018 shall continue till the compliance of the terms of the Settlement Agreement by the respondent.
