By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to take care of his old parents who are suffering from various ailments. 2.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. 4.

A status report has been handed over, which is taken on record. 5.

As per the status report, the family of the petitioner comprises of his parents and brothers. Petitioners were initially six brothers out of whom one Vinod has already passed away and petitioner and his other brother W.P.(CRL) 2606/2018

Khurvesh are in custody undergoing the sentence. Further one more brother of the petitioner is involved in a murder case and is in Tihar Jail. A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner has already been granted two furloughs in this year i.e. with effect from 4th April, 2018 and 25th June, 2018 for a period of three weeks and two weeks respectively. Further no medical documents have been annexed with the petition to show the ailment of his parents.

Hence this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. 7.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
