% 30.01.2019 By this petition, the petitioner seeks first spell of furlough. Learned proxy counsel for the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that after filing of the present petition, the petitioner was granted furlough which he has already availed and hence the present petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also fortifies the statement of learned counsel for the State.

Consequently the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
