The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to obtain instructions as to who would possibly stand surety for the petitioner in the personal circumstances obtaining to the petitioner.

It will also be open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for tracing out of the whereabouts of his children whom he suspects to be missing.
