% 18.07.2017 Today matter is listed for recording the statement of petitioner No.1. Statement of the petitioner No.1 has been recorded to which he has settled all his disputes amicably with the respondent No.2 as per MOU/Compromise Deed dated 21.09.2015.

Statements of the petitioner Nos.2 to 6 and the respondent Nos.2 to 5 have already been recorded vide order dated 14.07.2017. In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences voluntarily and out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings. It would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal CRL.M.C. 3526/2016

impediment in quashing the FIR in question. Consequently, FIR No.1156/2015 registered under Sections 323/354B/506/34 IPC at PS Jamia Nagar, New Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed. The petition is disposed of.
