% 27.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek intervention in the Supreme Court as similar matter with regard to the issue in question is subjudice before the Supreme Court. At the instance of the Supreme Court, several committees have been constituted to look into the issue which is also raised in the instant petition and also considering the grievances of the petitioner that the committee constituted by the Supreme Court is not addressing the complaint filed by the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
