O R D E R

% 28.01.2016 Parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Learned counsel for the petitioner under instructions from his client present in Court states that he will vacate the suit shop i.e. the shop bearing no.WZ1641, Nangal Raya, New Delhi on or before 31.12.2016. He will hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the suit shop to the respondent on or before the said date after clearing all electricity and water charges. In this intervening period w.e.f. the date of the eviction order he shall pay rent/user charges @ Rs.3000/- per month. All the undertaking shall be incorporated in a affidavit to be filed by the petitioner before this Court with advance copy to the respondent/landlord within a period of one week from today. The arrears which have accrued till date will be cleared within two months

from today.

With these directions petition disposed of.
