% 05.09.2016 CM No.31377/2015 This is an application seeking correction of a typographical error in the memo of parties. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioner No.9's father had been wrongly shown and it should actually be indicated as Ajit Singh. Similarly, the father of the petitioner No.10 has also been wrongly shown and it should be Late Sh. Inder Singh. The corrected memo of parties is filed as Annexure B to this application. Mr Yeeshu Jain, appearing on behalf of the Land Acquisition Collector, submits that despite repeated requests, no instructions are forthcoming from the department. In these circumstances, we have no option but to allow this application. The amended memo of parties is taken on record and the judgment dated 19.09.2014 shall be read as corrected accordingly. The corrected copy of the

judgment shall be uploaded onto the website and shall indicate that it has been corrected by this order.

The application stands disposed of.
