The appeal is disposed of by directing that the appellant shall be transposed as plaintiff No. 2. However, the appellant's evidence will be in terms of his affidavit dated 03.07.2014 and such other evidence which he may produce based on that affidavit. The impugned order is modified to the above extent. Furthermore, the amount of costs is also reduced from Rs 50,000/- to Rs 20,000/-. The appeal stands disposed of.
