% 21.12.2018 The Petitioner has appeared in the Court and he is agreeable to pay a sum of Rs.6 lakhs to the Respondent No.3. However, the same is not acceptable to the said Respondent. Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- as costs to Respondent No.3.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the sale of the property by the Petitioner or rights of the Respondent No.3 in the said property. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
