% 27.07.2017 BAIL APPLN. No. 922/2017 Petitioner is facing trial for the offences under Sections 307/506/34 IPC in the FIR no. 182/2016 registered at Police Station Kalyan Puri. He is in judicial custody since 25th April, 2016. It is not in dispute that injured persons were discharged from the hospital same day. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. Crl. M.A. no. 11917/2017 Application is disposed of as infructuous.
