% 30.01.2017 Today, a typographical correction has been carried out in the order dated 14th September, 2016 after initialling the same. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has deposited the sum of Rs. 1,15,000/- in a fixed deposit receipt on 27th January, 2017. He further states that the respondent would be paid by the Bank quarterly interest @ 7.5 per cent, i.e. Rs.2,000/- every quarter.

The respondent, who is personally present in Court, assures and undertakes to this Court that the FDR in question shall not be encashed, during its term, without taking specific permission of the Court which has passed the order dated 03rd September, 2014. She has also handed over a photocopy of the FDR which is taken on record.

In view thereof, the present contempt petition is closed and the notice issued is discharged.
