% 04.02.2019 IA No.1712/2019 By this application it is prayed that necessary directions be passed to refund the court fees. The matter was settled through Agreement between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. This court had passed a decree on 9.7.2018.

In view of section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the Court fees.

Application stands disposed of.
