% 21.08.2017 IA No. 8987/2017( for clarification) This application is filed seeking clarification of the order dated 28.07.2017.

This court has already on 28.07.2017 noted that the present dispute which is the subject of the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration Act would be adjudicated upon by the learned Arbitrator as a petition under Section17 of the Act.

This application is disposed of with the clarification that the petitioner is free to approach the learned Arbitrator for appropriate clarification/modification/extension of bank of guarantees. The Bank would abide by any direction of the learned Arbitrator. JAYANT NATH, J AUGUST 21, 2017/rb
